"No iron in their diets"

Films: Silent Warnings (2003)

Alias: None

Type: Alien

Location: Haunted home

Height/Weight: That of average humans.

Affiliation: Neutral, leaning on Evil

Summary: Remember a year ago when we experienced a bunch of incompetent aliens who were better at elaborate crop circles instead of actually taking over the Earth. Well, meet their successors of sorts. And they were only slightly more successful.

History: These aliens first made their mark on a small countryside house, emptying it of any occupants and basically waiting for the next folks to move in. And sure enough, the small group of losers finds that their new home is infested with these ethereal beings out to get them.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After the survivors use clues around the house to deduce the aliens' weakness, they manage to repel the beings, but at the cost of having to blow up the house. However, they listen over the radio that across the US and parts of Canada, the aliens are attacking en masse...

Powers/Abilities: These beings can teleport anywhere, and are capable of killing with just a touch due to being creatures made of pure energy.

Weakness: Iron and any conductor of electricity disrupts their teleportation ability and leaves them vulnerable.

Scariness Factor: 2-Once again, a race of potentially lethal aliens with crop art skills is undermined by a rather exploitable weakness. While it's not quite as bad this time, not even the effects budget can save them.

Trivia: -This film starred Stephen Baldwin, the one brother in the Baldwin clan that no one wants to talk about. Lest we forget he was one of the leads in "Biodome".

-Originally, the aliens were mostly going to be practical, but the mold used to make the suit was rather inefficient, reducing it to a few cameos in the film proper.
